Bridge is seeking a motivated Associate eager to build a career in hospitality capital markets. You'll support and execute live hotel debt transactions from initial screening through closing, structuring deals on a modern fintech platform designed specifically for hospitality. This is a launchpad for someone who wants to grow a career in hotel capital markets.

This role reports directly to our SVP of Commercial Real Estate in NYC and works alongside our entire CRE team on hotel debt transactions nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

Deal Support & Execution

  • ‍Assist across the full transaction lifecycle, from initial screening through closing.
  • Help prepare term sheets, coordinate due diligence, and manage deliverables to keep deals moving efficiently. 
  • Track pipeline status and support closing logistics with internal and external stakeholders. 

Underwriting & Analysis

  • Apply our internal underwriting process to evaluate hotel financial performance and property-level metrics.
  • Build and maintain financial models, including cash-flow projections and debt sizing. 
  • Analyze sales comparables, market data, and hotel operating metrics.
  • Collaborate with the technology team to refine underwriting tools and analytics.

Offering Materials

  • Generate institutional-grade lender packages that present each transaction clearly and compellingly.
  • Prepare marketing materials and deal summaries for lenders and capital partners.

‍ Relationship Support

  • Manage relationships with lenders, hotel owners, and developers.
  • Own follow-ups, status updates, and pipeline tracking to help drive repeat business.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in commercial real estate, capital markets, commercial mortgage brokerage, investment banking, lending, or a related analytical finance role.
  • Exposure to the hotel or hospitality asset class is a plus.
  • Strong financial modeling and Excel skills, with a solid understanding of real estate cash-flow fundamentals and the ability to analyze property-level financials.
  • Familiarity with hotel metrics (RevPAR, DSCR, DY).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with sharp attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing multiple transactions at once.
  • Highly motivated, coachable, and entrepreneurial — you take ownership of your work, ask good questions, and thrive in a fast-scaling fintech environment.
  • Based in New York City to work alongside our team at HQ.
